How the calculation works
Single post: ((likes + comments) ÷ followers) × 100. Multiple posts: (((likes + comments) ÷ posts) ÷ followers) × 100.
How to interpret the result
Use the result to compare consistently measured posts or periods from the same account. The number does not by itself explain reach, audience quality or business outcomes.
